How the introduction process works
- Every tool works without an introduction. You can use the planner, comparisons, calculators and guides without ever requesting to speak to anyone.
- Introductions are voluntary. You are only introduced to a licensed professional if you explicitly request it — never automatically, and never because you used a tool.
- Your criteria are shared only with your consent. The answers you entered are provided to the firm only if you check the specific sharing consent, and only to the one identified firm — never blasted to multiple agents.
- Brokerage services come from the identified licensed firm. All real-estate brokerage services are provided by the licensed North Carolina broker and firm named above, subject to the agency agreements they present to you.
- No obligation to hire anyone. Accepting an introduction does not obligate you to work with, or sign anything with, the professional you meet.
- Compensation may be received where legal and disclosed. The firm operating or affiliated with this site may receive compensation if you choose to work with a participating professional; any such arrangement is made only where permitted by law and disclosed as required.
- You can delete your information. At any time, you may request deletion of the information you submitted via the Data Deletion Request page.
