What this platform does
- Provides free educational resources about Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and the surrounding communities.
- Offers objective, criteria-based comparisons where you pick the factors and the weighting — and every result shows why it appeared.
- Links you to official sources — municipal governments, county tax offices and school systems — so you can verify everything yourself.
What this platform doesn't do
- It does not provide brokerage services. Those are provided only by the identified licensed North Carolina firm, and only when you request an introduction.
- It does not recommend where anyone should live, rate schools, or label areas — comparisons stay neutral and user-controlled.
- It does not sell your information or auto-submit it to lists of agents.

Neutrality
Comparisons are driven only by criteria you select. We never rank communities as better or worse for anyone, and we never make recommendations about where you should live.
Transparency
Every figure is traceable in our public data-source registry, every result explains why it appeared, and every disclosure is written in plain language.
Privacy
We collect the minimum needed to deliver what you ask for. Consents are separate and never preselected, and you can export or delete your information at any time.
Fair housing
We follow the letter and spirit of federal and North Carolina fair-housing laws. We never ask about protected characteristics — or try to infer them.
