How Agent Introductions Work

If — and only if — you'd like to talk with a licensed professional, here is exactly what happens, in order. No surprises.

  1. Use every tool freely

The planner, comparisons, calculators and guides all work without requesting an introduction. Most visitors never ask for one, and that's fine.

  2. You decide if you want an introduction

An introduction happens only when you explicitly request it. Using a tool, downloading a guide or joining an email list never triggers one.

  3. You choose what to share

The criteria you entered are shared only if you check the specific consent to share them — and only with the one licensed firm identified in our disclosures, never a list of agents.

  4. The licensed firm takes it from there

All brokerage services are provided by the identified licensed North Carolina broker and firm, who will present the required agency disclosures before any substantive discussion.

  5. No obligation, ever

Meeting an introduced professional does not obligate you to hire them, sign anything, or continue the conversation.

  6. Compensation is disclosed

Where permitted by law and disclosed as required, the firm operating or affiliated with this site may receive compensation if you choose to work with a participating professional.

  7. You can delete your information

At any time, you can request deletion of what you submitted from our Data Deletion Request page, or adjust how we contact you in Communication Preferences.
